The +0mm Borah is a more universal fitment, developed for drivers pushing beyond factory proportions.
The JL Borah wheel comes in a variety of customizable configurations, including a fully working Beadlock Ring for running very low tyre pressure off-road, a Protection Ring for street usage and off-road wheel protection, or no ring for a basic, minimalist aesthetic. The Beadlock and Protection Rings are interchangeable, allowing you to utilize a Protection Ring on the street while upgrading to a functioning Beadlock Ring for off-road use.
Off Road Use Only: Although the Borah wheel with the Beadlock Ring is DOT compliant, it does not necessarily imply that it is 50-state legal for street usage. BEFORE purchasing, check state and local limitations on Beadlock installation and use. Beadlock wheels must be correctly mounted and maintained on a regular basis. Beadlock wheels should only be utilized off-road, according to AEV’s general guidelines.
AEV Beadlock Tire Compatibility: The Borah/Crestone wheel is not compatible with some tyres due to intrinsic differences in bead thickness across different tyre models/manufacturers. The tyres mentioned below have been confirmed to work with this wheel. Although other tyre brands and types may work, AEV exclusively recommends the tyres specified in this table. Tires not on this list may have a bead that is too thick for this wheel, resulting in wheel failure, vehicle damage, and human harm. As more tyre manufacturers and models are tested, AEV will add them to this list. If you have any questions or concerns concerning tyre compatibility, please contact us before purchase.
