The AEV Highmark Fender Flare kit for HD Ram trucks from 2010 to 2018 isn’t just another pair of aftermarket cutout fender flares. This one-of-a-kind kit includes not only the fender flares, but also all of the additional finishing touches, such as new wheel liners, structural steel reinforcements, and marker lights. With only 3 inches of suspension lift*, these fender flares can suit up to 41-inch tyres. The Ram HD vehicles benefit greatly from a bigger tyre footprint, and this kit provides all of the advantages of a large tyre off-road while keeping a low centre of gravity for safety and improved performance on the road. The AEV Highmark Fender Flare Kit is designed to work together perfectly with AEV’s 17×10 Katla Wheel, Premium Front Bumper and 3” DualSport SC Suspension System.

The Highmark Flare structure is exceedingly unusual; in fact, the Mercedes Unimog is the only vehicle that employs a similar design, and even then, the AEV kit uses a considerably stronger version. While most aftermarket flares are made of a single thin sheet of vacuum-formed plastic, AEV selected rotomolded polyethylene (similar to that used in whitewater kayaks) for maximum strength. This kit absolutely cannot be compared to anything else on the market right now. These flares are a completely enclosed, 14″ thick, very robust item that adds about 4.5″ to each side’s coverage.

The Highmark Fender Flare Kit is designed and built utilizing OE-level methods to provide your vehicle with dramatic style and an imposing posture with factory fit and quality that is second to none. These flares have been tested and proved to work properly in temperatures ranging from -40 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. The AEV Highmark Fender Flare Kit also features auxiliary front and rear LED marker lights and meets with US DOT passenger vehicle width restrictions. Also, AEV offers optional rear splash guards.

AEV Highmark Fender Flares are available as a complete kit or a standalone front set intended for customers who are using a utility body, cab chassis, custom bed or camper configurations.

*Please note that the AEV Highmark Fender Flare Kit was created to work in tandem with AEV’s Premium Front Bumper, 3″ DualSport Suspension System, and 1710 Katla Wheels. As a result, AEV cannot guarantee tyre clearance or compatibility with front bumpers, wheels, suspension systems, or steering components from other manufacturers. Professional installation is strongly advised. Depending on the tyre and wheel combination, some steering stop adjustments may be necessary. Customers using an AEV Front Bumper, AEV Suspension System, or 178.5 AEV Wheels must update these components before adding our HighMark Fender Flare System.
