The JL Jack Base from AEV adds 3-1/2 inches to the basic Wrangler’s “scissor” jack, allowing you to replace tyres up to 37 inches with simplicity and stability. Many individuals don’t know until it’s too late that the stock jack won’t work to change larger tyres, leaving them stuck on the side of the road or, worse, on the path.

When utilizing the factory jack or even a Hi-Lift jack, the JL Jack Base offers a huge 7.5′′ x 10.5′′ footprint to give superior stability in off-road and soft soil conditions. It may also be used as a wheel chock to keep a stuck truck or trailer from rolling away.

When not in use, the JL Jack Base is stored conveniently in the rear floor compartment of the JL and contains moulded-in nutserts for attaching directly to a Hi-Lift jack. AEV also provides an extra Under Dash Mounting Kit if your Wrangler lacks a rear storage compartment or you want a different mounting position. The Jack Base may be mounted under the dashboard on the passenger side of LHD cars using this Mounting Kit.
