The “missing link” for the factory-installed Bison skid plate set is AEV’s Transmission Skid Plate. The 1′′ DOM tubular design of this skid plate was a direct result of Colorado’s special transmission pan cooling regulations, as well as a strategy to reduce the chance of debris accumulating packed around the transmission pan, potentially posing a fire threat.
The AEV Transmission Skid Plate is particularly developed for the 2019+ ZR2 Bison. This component must be used in combination with the Bison Transfer Case Skid Plate on all other 2015+ ZR2/Z71 vehicles.

Super high quality, but gives no room for misalignment. I ended up having to loosen the fuel tanks and transfer case skid plates off and using a ratchet strap from the transmission skid plate to the front diff to get the 1/4 inch holes to align. It looks like my frame is out by 1/8 of an inch from factory.
I ended up bolting the far right bar and the far left bars into position, removing it and the transfer case skid as one unit, then bolting in the other bars.
The Gas one has bent tubs to go around the Exhaust cross over skid. I am sure that if you don’t have that skid, the Diesel one will fit.
